INDIA - Singalila National Park

The trek through Singalila NP was one of the most spectacular so far. Traversing the spine of the mountain range dividing Nepal and India, was a surreal experience . The weather for the first two days was very cloudy and the groups hope of seeing Mt Everest were dropping every hour. However, waking up at the break of dawn and watching the sunrise over four of the worlds five highest mountains, including Everest made the miserable, damp and cold conditions of the previous night in the rangers hut worthwhile.
